By accessing or using the services of FishBowl (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide youth entrepreneurship education services and related programming, which may include classes, workshops, events, digital resources, and communications. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing (if applicable) will be outlined in a separate registration, proposal, or agreement.

2. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information needed for registration, participation, or communication.
• Ensure you have the legal right and authority to register yourself or your child (if applicable).
• Comply with all applicable laws, and follow all program rules, policies, and instructions provided by FishBowl.

3. SMS/Text Messaging

FishBowl may send SMS text messages related to project updates, appointment confirmations, service notifications, account information, billing reminders, and promotional communications (if separately consented). 

By providing your phone number and opting in via our forms or services, you agree to receive text messages and occasional phone calls (which may use automated or AI-assisted voice technology) from FishBowl related to your inquiry, account, or promotions. 

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to  (818) 239-6685 . After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

You may separately opt in to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages. Consent to marketing messages is not required to use our services or make a purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary depending on your project status, account activity, or communication preferences. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. 

You must be over the age of 18 to use our services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service.

4. Payment

Payment terms (if applicable) are defined in the registration or applicable agreement. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services, cancellation of enrollment, or loss of access to program resources.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FishBowl is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in or use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
